Parenting Support
Feeling torn between wanting to stay patient and wanting to hide in the bathroom for five minutes?
I can help you with that.
Parenting can be deeply rewarding, and deeply challenging. My approach combines the emotional insight of therapy with practical, developmentally informed guidance for navigating real-life moments with your child. In our work together, we explore the why: Why is this moment so hard for me? Why do I feel triggered when my child acts a certain way? Together, we look at personal and generational patterns that shape your reactions and beliefs about parenting. This emotional insight lays the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
From there, we focus on turning insight into action. You’ll receive concrete strategies, tools, and support tailored to your child’s developmental stage and your family’s unique rhythm. I believe that when we know better, we naturally do better: when parents understand their children and themselves more deeply, connection becomes easier and parenting feels more grounded.
Although I'm not yet a parent myself, I’ve spent years learning to translate the world of young children into something adults can understand. My deepest passion lies in early childhood education and mental health, and I specialize in bridging the communication gap between adults and their little ones. Young children experience the world in ways that are very different from adults; their behaviors are communication, not defiance. I help parents understand their child’s inner world, translating those big feelings and intense moments into opportunities for connection, empathy, and growth.
