Neurodivergent? Me too!

Where your mind is understood, honored, and empowered.

Neurodivergent minds deserve spaces where they are validated, celebrated, and supported, not softened, corrected, or reshaped to fit expectations that never suited them in the first place. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, highly sensitive, gifted, twice-exceptional, or exploring your identity for the first time, therapy becomes a space where your way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world is honored as meaningful and powerful.

For many neurodivergent clients, the challenge isn’t “the symptoms", it’s navigating environments that weren't designed with your brain in mind. In our work together, we explore sensory needs, communication preferences, emotional intensity, and executive functioning patterns through a compassionate and curious lens. We look at how you’ve learned to cope, mask, or over-perform, and we build strategies that support your wiring rather than forcing you to work against it.

For gifted and twice-exceptional clients, therapy also becomes a place to understand the complexities that come with being bright and intuitive while also navigating overwhelm, perfectionism, emotional depth, or asynchronous development. Your strengths matter. Your challenges matter. And you don’t have to choose between the two, we're going to integrate both.

Supporting Neurodivergent & Gifted Children

Supporting kids through connection, curiosity, and brain-based understanding.

Children who are neurodivergent or gifted often experience the world with heightened perception, big emotions, or unique ways of processing. I work closely with parents and other professionals to help them understand their child’s inner world, behavior, and developmental needs. Together, we build strategies that support regulation, confidence, and emotional expression in ways that match their brain and temperament.

Creating a shared language of support across your child’s world.

Children thrive when the adults in their lives understand them. As part of my work, I collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to support your child across environments. This may include:

• Translating your child’s needs into language teachers can use
• Supporting 504 or IEP conversations
• Developing regulation plans, communication tools, or classroom accommodations
• Helping parents and educators understand sensory, emotional, or cognitive patterns
• Bridging gaps between home and school so your child feels understood everywhere

This collaborative model ensures that your child is supported not just in therapy, but throughout the many spaces that shape their day-to-day life —academically, socially, and emotionally.

Adults &
Late-Identified Neurodivergent Individuals

Unmask, understand yourself, and grow with compassion.

If you discovered your neurodivergence later in life, therapy becomes a space to re-examine long-held narratives: the pressure to mask, the exhaustion of performing, the confusion of not understanding why certain things feel harder than they “should.” Together we work toward self-understanding, self-compassion, and the freedom to live in a way that aligns with your wiring, not against it.
