"Just start."
Something we've been told or have told ourselves before. Just start. But where do I start? How do I start? Enter the overwhelm, then the freeze, then the blind hope that you'll start... later. Whether it's starting that task, starting to go after what you know you deserve, starting to break the generational patterns you're aware of but feel powerless against, or starting to talk about feelings at all - starting is the hardest part. There's no "just" about it. You don't need to know exactly where you're going or what you're doing. We can take it one step at a time.
Where we can start:

Confidence
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and given the advice to everyone else. So why is it so much harder when it's you? You don't need to become someone else to feel confident. You need a clearer understanding of who you already are, what matters to you, and the courage to take up space and show up as you are.
Neurospicy?
You've tried harder. You've cared more. Maybe you're the one who notices everything, thinks deeply, feels intensely, or has a hard time turning intentions into action. Neurodivergence comes with challenges. Let's stop fighting your brain and start understanding it. There's untapped power there, I know it.

Family, Culture & Identity
Maybe you've felt responsible for keeping the peace, or struggled to balance family expectations with your own needs. Maybe you've spent years trying to figure out where you belong. Together we can untangle the messages, expectations, and experiences you've carried with you and discover what feels true to who you are.
Words are hard-
There are feelings, thoughts, and experiences we can't articulate, yet. Sand tray therapy offers a different way of understanding yourself, allowing deeper emotions, memories, and patterns to emerge without needing to find the perfect words.
